Going Visually Crazy

Alright so, I just finished up a 4 hour session of World of Warcraft and decided to sit back and just browse through Vimeo for some cinamatic inspiration and I am overwelm'd by all that the community of Vimeo has to offer. There are like 10 videos I want to share but, I will be limiting them down to just 3.

This first video is a new kung-fu movie that is coming out August 6th. Where? I am not really sure of that but will look into it. But the action in this trailer is insanely good, I wonder what they saved for the actual movie?!

The second is thesis project for computer animation. This is the field of work I am currently pursuing. This student does an extreamly good job with this short. It is funny, intellegent, and overall just really well done.

And for number 3, is a short movie shot with two different DSLR bodies (D500 & D90). I really have no idea what it is about, but music is good. It goes well with the attitude of the models/actors and gives it a nice edgy asthetic. Very modern and contemporary.
